Bad experience with Takealot!!

I paid for same day delivery and they delivered Yardley perfume instead of the cellphone and according to their FAQ they will first have to inspect the Yardley perfume before they make a decision whether I should get a refund!!

Yes and they confirmed when I phoned them that I first have to return the Yardley Toiletry Set (I looked on their site and it is either R179 or R119) before they can send me a phone?

I also told them that the lucky customer who received the cellphone instead of the toiletry set is unlikely to tell them about it!
