What to expect from cryptocurrency in 2022— including new regulations in South Africa

The cryptocurrency market had a turbulent year in 2021 and financial markets, in general, had a rough start in 2022, but exchange and wallet provider Luno believes the crypto market will keep its upward trajectory in the long term.

While Luno expects ongoing volatility in the market, it also anticipates the implementation of a South African cryptocurrency regulatory regime by the end of the year.

We already have fukkin CBDC aka digital ZAR aka online banking aka making an EFT or swiping your card.

That is no different to the idiotic idea of being pushed around CBDC.

Governments is now literally pushing the same thing we already have by rebranding it to make it sound like they are embracing the future or some sht.

Why no one is calling them out on this is pretty bizarre.

The elite does not want to share the world's wealth. Only the 1% must have all the money.

This is like me saying that we will have 4 seasons thoughout the year and yes we can expect some heavy rain, hot days, hail, storms etc due to climate change.

The crypto market can't keep going up as most of it is crap. It's following the same trajectory as the internet did in the late 90's. I'd put it at around 1998 just before the bubble burst. As for regulation that will just be licensing. There's no way for exchanges to track your purchasing and costs and SARS still has no idea what to do about it.
