Could be something like space considerations, looking at the pics in the OP...
It doesn't make sense how the smaller one is cheaper as it has more BMS's and more metal.Could be something like space considerations, looking at the pics in the OP...
FTFYI have the Navasolar PV1800 PRO 5.2KW 48V Offgrid Solar Inverter 80A MPPT. Overall happy with it 6 canadian 550w panels. If you want i can share my settings with @Lupus via private message. Will be the weekend some time. Reason I went with 2 x 100ah is price and the rated charge value is 30amp i understand it's just suggestion but by putting 2 inseriesparallel I think I set the charge value at 60amp seeing as I have 6x550 panels wich works out to close as the suggested charge value.
12kw inverter wants minimum 400ah, plus didn't go through takealot
Plus I paid the same for the 200ah as it would have cost for two 100ah anyway.Could be something like space considerations, looking at the pics in the OP...
I mean if 4 x 100Ah is cheaper than 2 x 200Ah then why not? I suppose the benefit would be more granularity when it comes to replacements with the smaller ones.12kw inverter wants minimum 400ah, plus didn't go through takealot
Ah, you have them already, no worries. What's the hold up now?Plus I paid the same for the 200ah as it would have cost for two 100ah anyway.
You are forgetting the 200 surcharge on the 100ah batteries, so that extra 800 bucks actually takes it to be 500 over what I paid for the 2 200ahI mean if 4 x 100Ah is cheaper than 2 x 200Ah then why not? Yup bulky/ heavy items have a R200 surcharge per item. So 4 of those would be R800 extraSurcharge?
