M4 Macs *might* start with 16GB of RAM for the first time

Apple M4 Pro benchmark shows it outperforms the M3 Max

Apple announced a fresh new lineup of Mac computers this week and we now have an early Geebench listing for what is reportedly one of the new MacBook Pro models with equipped with the M4 Pro chip.

Geekbench shows the 3nm M4 Pro scored an impressive 3,925 single-core and 22,669 multi-core scores. To put that into perspective, Apple’s M3 Max inside the 2023 MacBook Pro 16”tops out at around 3,000 single-core and 21,000 multi-core scores.



In CPU but not graphics.

Still it's to be expected, the M5 will do the same to the M4.
 
Yeah not used much but opened, I got the space black so spinned a reason for anodization seal not working as promise and the black not really being true black. So probably pushing my luck abit. What do you think about the price?
You can return it. They will deduct 20% off what they refund you though....
 
I know we all have a gripe with what Apple charge for an extra 8Gb RAM or 512 SSD, but what about the price jump to get an extra core in the CPU? It’s ridiculous.
