I bought my Crucials at Wootware. But Takealot sometimes has specials (and vouchers) - and then there are the usual online PC shops (Rebeltech etc.). Best bet would be to do some searching, and keep your eyes open for deals. Carbonite.co.za sometimes sees 2nd RAM offers pop up, that might work. But many of them are desktop specific - bought my Mac Mini 16GB (which essentially is laptop RAM) on Carb.

I found this at Rebeltech that is compatible with my MBP (mid 2010).

I'll keep searching for a 16GB kit.
