Was going to suggest ifixit.com but they're currently out of stock. I had a problem with my HDD - it could have been the cable - but ended up replacing the superdrive with a drive bay.

No, I haven't purchased anything from them but I would if I needed something. They're reputable.

Try http://www.powerbookmedic.com I used them to buy that cable for my 2011 MacBook Pro as well as an IR Receiver I needed for a Hackintosh media centre and they delivered both items with no issues.

I've bought from iFixit before - had no problems. The only downside was the shipping cost.
