It would be interesting to see if the SA blogosphere is able to integrate blogging with cell phones - coz that is the only way to really expand it in SA at an exponential rate. There are only about 6 million computers (mostly in business), but over 30 million cell phones. Given, not all cell phones in use have internet access, but most will in the next 3 to 5 years as it becomes an accepted requirement for cellphone by the majority of users. At least for comments if not actual posts.

You can already. Most good blogs have an option to email in something to a certain email address, and it will get published automatically ot however you set it up. Real nifty feature for when you travel.
