Mail Server Difficulties?

Anyone got problems receiving e-mail from the WBS mail server?
smtp.wbs.co.za

I am also having problems receiving mail from an international mailserver I host with hetzner (mail.homeofcrash.com), A locally hosted mail server at Storm (pop.liveq.co.za).

Telnet to the mail server on port 110 and I get nothing back at all.
Should be able to login using pop commands.
So I can't blame my client.

I can connect fine to my two gmail accounts and download mail.
pop.gmail.com

I'm not sure if It's my setup, but I've been having problems for a couple days now. Before then it was fine. Using Thunderbird.
Checked MTU.

I connect to a Windows Gateway I setup via wireless and out to the internet using ICS.

I haven't done much testing. Just wondering if anyone else is getting this.

Okay never mind I can connect to those mail servers I mentioned from the gateway, so it must be the wireless MTU or something.

Norton Anti Virus was at falt.
Remove it, and everything was fine. They ever gonna get their mail stuff right?

I use the IP 196.30.31.203 as smtp and it solved my problems!
