I'm looking at buying a extended/double cab 4x2 at the end of the year/begining next year. Budget R450 000 - R550 000, cash, not planing on paying it off.
Looking at 2019/2020 model with max 40 000km's on, and will buy an extended service plan and maintenance plan, and extend both to the max so that I do not have to worry about anything except diesel and tires. But looking around it seems there is no such thing a full maintenance plan for bakkies, only a service plan and an excuse of a maintenance plan that you would still have to spend R2000 - R20 000 a service depending n what needs to be replaced. What bull is this, or did things change regarding maintenance plans? (Looking at Ford, Isuzu, Toyota, Nissan)
Anyone know which brand do have that for their bakkies? Ford Protect maintenance does not cover much, still looking for info on other brands)
On my cars I have owned I always took a full maintenance plan and they covered everything except petrol and tires. (Audi and Volvo maintenance plans)
