Someone just needs to sit and work through this new law and see how it will affect us normal citizens. More laws, more laws, more laws, more laws - the Communist way....

In a November 2019 parliamentary Q&A, minister of police Bheki Cele said that he had requested that the bill be put on hold to “allow a process to investigate the possibility of all citizens of the country to be buccally sampled, including infants at birth, for identification purposes”.

Where is this new bill? Where can it be read? I wonder if this will include the State's right to take DNA samples of all citizens and children at birth too?

Sounds more like an enforced data collection law... and these type of laws, in its application, can easily lead to 'corrupted' evidence. Police states are, simply, to clasp people by their eggs.

laws mean nothing without enforcement
Jip, just look at the 10 commandments. "You shall not steal", but, centuries later, they're still stealing. En hulle los ookie die buurman se vrou uit nie.

I am sure this was a directive from China... Orders from Xi Jinping
"Yes President Ramaposa, you pass law, we give you more money, make load shedding go away, nice price"
