Time to start working on those New Year resolutions ..... :)

I am looking for RJ11 Modular connectors similar to what one gets with the RJ 45 connectors
See image for example

Good-quality-UTP-FTP-Cat5e-Cat6-Cat7.jpg

This is a made up cable --
I am however able to make up the cables myself but need to know where to find the bits I need

Shielded twisted pair Cat5e for Telecoms cable as well as the special molded RJ11 connectors.

I have done a quick Google but cannot find anything ?

I would be OK to purchase a made up cable IF it was similar to the one in the image ( same specs ) AND was at a reasonable price.
Would however prefer to make up my own -- IF I can find the necessary components ......
Anyone know of a source ?

Close -- but not a Cigar

I have bought RJ11 connectors from The Networking Warehouse before: http://www.tnw.co.za/
Thanks for taking the time to look and reply
I already have quiter a couple of the RJ11 connectors as shown at TNW unfortunately they are not the molded type as shown in the image posted -- they are not that common being specialised.

How are you going to do the moulding? Moulding is done in a factory.

Moulded

Moulding ( MOLDING according to US English ) is perhaps misleading
The conectors I have seen ( for RJ45 ) look already semi-moulded and are crimped in the normal way.
Just that when you crimp you also crimp the "moulded" portion
The finished product looks just like a factory moulded connector .......

THESE are what I am looking for .......

You sure you not thinking of these little booties you pop on the cable and pull over the jack once you crimped the cable..?

My googling is failing me in coming up with anything that matches a 'crimp it yourself moulded jack' and why they would ever make them to begin with..

Nope
Also have quite a number of those
Why would they make them -- for people that need something more than the stock standard
OK
This is what it looks like

Was definitley SA supplier -- will have to check

PlugnBoot

OK
Here is another one -- with animation

http://stores.ebay.com/EASWIRE

On that page have a look at --
500x Cat6 Cat.6 Network GigaSpeed Connector RJ45 Modular Plug'n'Boot+Wire Loader

Plug and [integrated] boot seems to be newest "hot-number" ?
