Makro’s month-long Black Friday 2020 sale – All the details

Makro has revealed its plans for Black Friday 2020, which will comprise a full month of specials across all of its product categories.

Among other measures, it will allow customers to reserve a parking spot online and will offer a capped R90 delivery fee on all orders made throughout the Black Friday period.

The retailer’s Black Friday sale will last for the entire month of November, giving customers enough time to buy the products they want while maintaining social distancing and COVID-19 safety precautions.

"4 week black friday sale" so not black friday then but more likely a way to get rid of old stock.
As long as they're selling that old stock at at least 30% off the regular price I have no problem with this.

Also, I'd like to file an official MyBB motion that anything advertised / promoted as a Black Friday deal must have a minimum discount of 25% from the regular (non-inflated) sales price. @rpm

Just make sure you do not order any Christmas presents on this "sale" for delivery as there will be many unhappy campers without gifts on Christmas day.

Yes Last year the PS4 was $199 and Pro was $299. In SA black Friday they were R4500 and R6999
The shops here in SA is already bumping prices for their "massive" price drops. Takealot has the Ps4 slim at R6799 and Makro a 1tb Ps4 slim with extra controller for R8999. Just to say save 30% on Black Friday and sell it at normal prices

The whole bloody point of Black Friday was insane discounts for ONE day. Extending it to a month filled with marginal discounts on unwanted stock is just losing the plot.
