When was Black Friday ever not about getting rid of the old stock? The only difference while in the US the discounts are real, here we apply a mark up first and then give you a discount, which is actually only 10-20% off the original price on the last season item.

That TV is more expensive than what it is at the Samsung Store.

I saw that as well. However, FNB is dropping Makro from it's eBucks list end of the month, so I guess that's also the end of my Makro grocery shopping.

It's for their own Mrewards linked to your Makro card. Unfortunately we already did all our monthly spend.

Yep, I know, but I used to get some eBucks from Makro when doing our bulk shopping, which made the trip worth it. That's not happening anymore, so eh.
