Sorry to hear about your problems,
First a couple of questions:
1. You are 31 I see, are you otherwise healthy? No diabetes, not overweight I saw (?78kg). Any known kidney problems or high blood pressure?
2. Are you dribbling always after every time you urinate? only at night? day?
3. Do you ever accidentally urinate? As in can't make it to the bathroom on time, or when you laugh/cough etc?
4. Have you ever had an STD? Foul smelling / looking penile discharge?
5. You say you visit the bathroom frequently - do you wake up at night needing to pee? Multiple times? Are you constantly thirsty as well, or has someone remarked that you drink a lot of water/cooldrink/coffee? Do you find you eat a lot of sweet things? Any recent weight loss?
If the answer to 1 = healthy, and 4 is no
Then you should go see a GP for a referral to a Urologist. There is no point in having the gp to a rectal exam, because he will essentially tell you he thinks its ok, or he isnt sure.
The urologist will probably do the following
1. Talk to you
2. Do a prostate (rectal) exam
3. If your prostate is enlarged for your age (its simple to remember how many men will have benign prostate hypertrophy - 30% at 30, 40% at 40 etc etc), he can suggest some exercises/maneuvers/drugs (depends on how you feel about meds etc)
4. If prostate feels normal, he will probably do something called a voiding-cysto-urethragram
Aka they take fancy xray pictures while you urinate, to see if your bladder is emptying normally, or if there is urine left after you think you have emptied your bladder, then they can also see if the problems are related to (a) bladder muscles not contracting, (b) going into spasm, (c) problem elsewhere
All in all, take my advice, suck it up and go see a GP for a referral to a Urologist. Your young, and fixing this early, could save you the world of trouble later in your life. What DOESN't work is to ignore it hoping it will go away. It might be as simple as an infection, couple of pills and your sorted, might be more serious though.
Ps. the statement about fapping too much etc is bs, in fact the opposite is true, as in, "emptying" your prostate more frequently will actually improve the symptoms.
Lastly, please for *** sakes, dont go and buy some "supposedly 100% natural herbal bs" . There are herbals that work. Unfortunately, 99% of the ones currently available in RSA is complete rubbish. They are either placebo, or knockoff actual drugs bought from cheap companies and re-sleeved into "organic" capsules , eg. expired veterinary meds etc. Unfortunately currently government will rather take Dettol off the rack for not paying someone a large enough bribe to correctly understand "kills 99%" germs than actually protecting the public against ACTUAL things that might harm them, like herbal products
PPS> I'm a MD, but not an urologist, nor a GP, different speciality - this is not legal medical advice, just an opinion of a concerned male doctor =-)
