A nurse cut off the nipple of a man accused of performing and live-streaming castrations, a court has heard.

Nathan Arnold, who worked at London’s Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, pleaded guilty to mutilating Marius Gustavson’s chest at a hearing in the Old Bailey on Wednesday.

Mr Gustavson, a 45-year-old Norwegian national living in north London, is said to be the ringleader of a six-man conspiracy which performed a string of mutilations on camera.
