Just as an observation, it is strange how we as South Africans have become so used to sick sexual crimes against women and children that an article about a dog gets this kind of uproar, but an article about a little girl, for instance, gets left off our board....hell, it barely makes front page news

Never said the average IQ in RSA is 60. It's way above that (Can't recall the exact figure right now) What I was refering to was the fact that the bulk of the population (Who's IQ averages 60) pulls the overall figure down.
