Man has to tell police when he wants to have sex
A man has to tell the police when he has sex under the terms of his new court order.
Jonathan Garner must let his local officers in Humberside know if he enters a new romantic relationship that gets intimate.
The 24-year-old has been jailed for six months as well as being handed the five year Criminal Behaviour Order after he was found guilty of harrassment. Hull Magistrates’ Court heard that he repeatedly attacked the victim’s home and threatened her. The order states: ‘The defendant must inform his local police station station of the details of any address at which he lives/resides for longer than 28 consecutive days.
‘The defendant must inform his local police station of the name of any new partner within 14 days of commencing an intimate relationship.’ It will last for five years, and also bans Garner from causing harassment to anyone in the East Riding.
