Wild theory. They want an "accident" to occur. First the trains getting burnt. Then the fires on the mountain. The failed attempt at looting. Burning the parliament building. Seems like they want to burn the entire city because Cape Town represents what South Africa might look like without ANC.

*rails line of coke*
Like the "accident" at parliament?
Is there a new methodology to bleed the last blood from carcass RSA?

Civil society, especially those living in Melkbos must immediately ask the courts to halt any and all meetings of said board until this issue is resolved, I am not sorry that I do not trust anything Mantashe and his criminal organization does.

The suspension was recommended by the chair of the board, Gwede did not just wake up and suspend the guy.

I know we love victims but real life works differently. The guy must still be heard in a fair manner though, not in any way implying he is guilty.

What I am only saying is that he is not automatically the good guy because he was suspended.
The fact is they suspended the only non ANC appointed person just before a meeting and failed to share information with him prior to the meeting (Did you read the article?)

This alone is a red flag. Why suspend the guy when the board has to vote on decisions (Assuming the chair is not a dictator), they could easily out vote him on decisions.

Bottom line is whether he is a good guy or not? Its highly suspicious to not share the details/ not invite to a meeting with the one person that might oppose you and be a thorn in your side.

"We're putting Person A here to make sure you guys don't do something dodgy"
"Person A has been asked to leave the room while we do our discussions"
Conclusion?
You are right, he was put there to make sure no dodgy things happen, but so were the other members of the board, you seem to be implying that he is the good one with a conscience and other ones are colluding with Gwede on something?

If you can give this one the benefit of doubt that he is the good one with a conscience what has the other board members done for you not to trust their decision in suspending this guy?

I don't know why he was suspended, maybe you can ask others who already seem to have plenty of stories about it.

Quickly tell me why is this guy the only one not appointed by the ANC? I wanna see something.

TheChamp only wants us to be fair and open minded about his ANC heroes. He wants us to believe they are good people and that they are doing a good job.

Lets hope the south easter blows when this thing goes kaboom.

What does the ANC have to do for you to lose those rose-tinted glasses? Other than destroying the country like they already have.

Ahh, I see you are unable to debate the merit of my posts so you have moved to something else, well done.

I get this feeling sometimes that I hear something in my house at night. You know like a kid being afraid of the dark but since I live alone in SA it could be a real threat so I remain vigilant. But nothing... Nothing frightens me more than the idea that Eskom manages a nuclear power facility. Sleepless nights.

Your post had no merits to begin with I'm afraid, the ANC's track record has seen to that.
They have plenty of merit, believe it or not, they just don't always align to the usual rhetoric, you are just too stumped to come up with a good response, that's why you are resorting to changing the course of the discussion. You want to drag down the discussion to your preferred level so that you can do what you do best.

from the article

"
Becker was appointed to the board in June 2021 after pressure from the KAA.

That came after the Alliance pointed out that the NNR Act of 1999 required a person to be placed on the board as a civil society representative.

After being nominated by several organisations in late 2020, Becker was appointed to fulfil this role.

No, you're just in a fantasy land where you think the ANC ministers do anything out of goodwill, it's always about lining their pockets. Facts, are facts. Gwede has shown that he's a clown with no understanding of his portfolio.

And how does that imply he is the only non ANC appointed member of the board?
