That's not the issue. There needs to be a civil society representative on the board. Now they suspend that representative when the most critical decisions are made. Sorry but the timing of this is very convenient and probably illegal.

It is the issue, you can't question the motives behind his suspension and not be interested in getting the reasons for his suspension, it does not make sense.

You can't not question the motives behind the guy suspending him when he had months to do so but only does so at the most critical time. That makes any reason for his suspension moot and automatically casts doubt on yourself.
