Correct. All of this means nothing if you do not have the means, the experience and skills to get it out the ground, process it and put it to correct use. As the ANC has found out, the West just simply left the resources inside African soil and moved elsewhere to find more. With no more mining, no more skills and experience or investments, the industry just died. I feel firmly that the private sector should not involve themselves in the problems of South Africa until such time the ANC decides to follow the right path. All help, finances, investments, etc., should be withdrawn and the companies should leave the country until things have changed for the better, if it is not too late already.
