Hey all,

I'm looking at selling my Marantz NR1504, as well as the 5.1 Jamo speakers that I use with the amp; what would be a fair price? I'm thinking R6'5K

How about actually giving speaker model details.

One set of speakers is not another set of speakers.

Hopefully the details are in the pics, but just in case:

Sub: Jamo 210
Smaller speakers: S412
Centre speaker: S41 CEN.1
Larger speakers: S416

Amp: Marantz NR1504

I sold the same speakers about 8 months ago for R2500 in mint & boxed condition. It was a struggle here in the Cape, all interest was in Jhb. Guy that bought it, took it up in stages when flying down for work from Jhb.

For speakers and sub I would say R4500 starters and then some more for the amp.

Not many in the market for entry level setup unfortunately, but it will rock the socks off any "Hi-Fi" in a box from Game.

What did you upgrade to?

I just threw away the boxes when moving :erm:, but all condition is mint.

Haven't upgraded yet, but I realised that I haven't used the system in at least 4 months, so at the right price there's no point in hanging onto everything.

So selling now, and buying again if required later makes some sense.

edit: based on this thread, I'm thinking of listing it at R6k, and seeing what happens

Hi there
I'm new to broadband. I've been trying to find info on jamo in general. Their numbering and coding is a bit confusing to me. I just got a new yamaha rx-v681 and someone gave me 2 e410 4 ohm to listen to. I fell in love with the sound. Is the e series good. I can buy the e550 floorstanders from a friend for a bargain. Is it worth it? Any info on jamo speakers would be much appreciated

Thank you
