hopefully they phone more residential customers this time around 
From the questions I would guess they are targeting a wider audience. Asking if you use the ADSL for business or personal use suggest they might be including residential lines.
The interesting questions where the ones that asked how you felt about the cost, the speed and the allotted bandwidth.
The open ended question at the end which basically asked how you think ADSL could be improved was nice.
The other interesting question was if you would prefer to install it yourself rather then getting a Telkom techie to come and do it.
