Mass Twitter bans in South Africa

A large number of Twitter users in South Africa have complained that their accounts have been suspended.

The volume of people complaining about suspensions was so high on Saturday, 13 February 2021, that the word "suspended" was trending on Twitter in South Africa.

Finally they're acting on the RBP's I made.

My account was suspended last week, and I've literally never made a single tweet. I use it to read and follow the news. I've sent them numerous requests to unsuspend me too. I'm glad to read that they are behaving just as we know them to be, like little babies. Here's how little Dorsey behaves, little snowflake:

Well I suppose its still better than that other South African trend: political assassinations..

Who did you follow that could have been controversial?

My 1 year Twitter ban anniversary just passed, and despite covid & lockdowns etc, I've been a lot less angry and frustrated with the world and SA'ns in general

Every now and then I click a Twitter link that's been shared on the forum, read the replies and I'm reminded how much better life is without these f!@#tards in it

Exhibit A:

I see Stay Safe RSA or Stolen Car RSA are also banned. Probably for posting graphic videos and pics as they had been complaining about being reported a while back.

heres the problem with this; I might follow someone controversial as a means of keeping up with their narrative, and might not at all be in agreement with them. By this theory anyone who followed Trump, even just for a laugh of the day, should be suspended.
There’s a bigger issue at hand here though: the radical left censorship of free association and speech in order to drive home the broader democratic US narrative.
They can keep Twitter fo all I care. I won’t even bother going back.
