R1 odd per litre of 95 petrol isn't "massive". These sort of articles are becoming stale clickbait.

One rand may not be much when you fill once a month but when you have a fleet of vehicles it adds up. ;)

Can you imagine what impact it has on courier companies.

We have a fleet management system with Engen, and a renewable contract to supply fuel at a fixed price over 1 year with a minimum amount of fuel that can be purchased over a year.

If your fleet is large enough, you can get good discounts - and the e-bucks generated cover maintenance for the fleet.

I work from home. And just the budget to get to the shops 5-10 min. away is already a lot. Can't imagine how you folk do it.
