SA International data prices have dropped 2x in last 12 mnths

The Mauritius 15% drop is little. Telkom dropped the undersea cable prices by 25% in Oct-04 and again dropped by 28% in Aug-05

Dropping something which is 500% overpriced by 25% isn't all that admirable, its then still 350% overpriced.
