I'd say its expensive for old stuff, when I can get all of these new stuff for R2599, then add a pci-e gfx card for R599 or R950 ,depending on my needs, and have something for the future. Just my opinion

You can get a brand new 3400+ 754 & and mobo for R1150ex, leaving you R1300 odd to buy a gfx card. I would re-think your price

But still, your stuff is 2nd hand, so you cant charge the same as new stuff would cost

I'd say R2000 would be decent

You would be suprised how many people have access to a dealer and especially the people reading this forum. The CPU is a retail box and the mobo is a entry level Foxconn. Granted the mobo is not the greatest piece of equipment ever made.A brand new ASUS nForce430 PCI-e mobo is R450ex Vat @ cost.

If you want retail pricing, which includes a case as it is a barebone unit From Pc Zone?

AMD Athlon-64 3200+
nVidia nforce410 SKT939 Motherboard
Integrated Geforce 6100 Graphics
Integrated 6Ch Audio
10/100 LAN, PCI Express
2xSATA, 8xUSB2.0

R1599.00

Add a XFX 6600GT @ R999
You sitting with a total cost of R2598

You asked if the price was alright, I am merely suggesting that you drop it as regardless of brand in many cases people will choose to buy from the retailer as there is security in warranties.

james thats what i was looking for thats why i posed here first :)

not selling it as a single unit

i wanna upgrade to pci express

but i guess i'll just save for 3 months and the new amd stuff

james cost is actually r 513.00 less your profit

remember majotiy of ppl who have access to direct buying will not be able to claim the vat back

well im saying if a dealers price 450 ex thats no profit and no VAT

which means the motherboard could be sold for 600inc upwards or am i incorrect?

all im saying is there is no point quoting ex vat to the public because they cannot claim it back

but anyways lol
