The tri-partite alliance has survived alot of internal strife, but I really wonder how long they can hold it together

What I would like to know is, will a split of the Alliance, really be a blow to the ANC's powerbase, and will we see an end to the two thirds majority in parliament - IMO - this needs to end as it is potentially too dangerous

What about the very public spat between Blair and Prescott and their cronies about when he will step down and he should become the next Leader of Labour.

I don't see you posting how the UK is suddenly falling apart because of normal political bickering that is part and parcel of a democracy.

There was a survey done late last year early this year that showed the SACP only got about 3% of the total anc members. Not entirely sure about the correct % but it was really that low, and also lately the SACP is becoming more like the DA with all their barking

Anyone can cut and paste - http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php?t=55684 see he did it again - very clever - It take a special South African to make a positive contribution to change.You, of all people, know this - doing what you do in your spare time.

My challenge to him is to , just once, make an attempt, just an attempt mind you, to get up in the morning in a positive frame of mind and carry it through for the whole day.

It's all good and well getting pssed off. I do to, but he just thinks I support the government and the ANC - like Bush - either you are with him or not, if not youre with the government or the ANC.

Have you read how insulting he is to forumites, but you pick to ask me that question.

It wasn't directed at you, but at everyone who is stooping to insulting each other. What's the point? There is none. pupa is pupa and that's the way he is, and people should deal with it or add him to the ignore list (easy to do). The same goes for everyone. There's just no need to get that personal.
