I have just sold these to a client that basically scan all their stock items which mainly consist of sim cards, imei numbers etc. They do this into a word document. When scanning the barcodes, the numbers appear to be scanned half way or in a wrong order.
The system specs roughly
HP DX2300 Series
Vista Business
The scanner is using built in drivers that Vista detects. Tested on an XP box and same issues.
Any advice as i am trying to find a solution to avoid sending these back to supplier (no original packaging can be obtained...
)
