interesting paragraph:
Bandwidth
Sentech has made considerable progress in correcting problems experienced with bandwidth management.
very interesting read, the last paragraph in particular!!

quote:
Sentech would like to conclude this statement by inviting members of the media to make direct contact with either the Sentech public relations company, Integrated Mategari Communications.bmc or with the Sentech Marketing & Communications department should there be any further questions or concerns regarding the above.

After everything they've been through with the media, they remove their foot from their mouth for one moment, and invite more trouble!!!
So... if anyone has media contacts, ask them to contact Sentech and ask
"Why do none of the users they have contacted get intl speed over 46kb (i think that was the magic number mentioned here)
Why, even at night, bandwidth is still just as scarce as daytime.
And if we really want to turn up the heat, Insaniac got a mail from support a few days ago, where a support techi told him that due to contention, " a user will NEVER get 128Kb" download speeds.
this should all make one Hell of a story after all their promises to the media of late!
