Medical aid: Coastal saver vs Dimension prime 3

Ok, so I am thinking of upgrading my medical aid from Discovery Keycare plus to something like their coastal saver.

Does anyone have experience with coastal saver and/or Medihelp's Dimension Prime3?

Which if the two is better?

I am worries the savings part will run out since optometry, radiology etc is paid from savings.

The in hospital benefits look ok, just looking at cancer benefit being capped at R200k seema a bit low. Medihelp has unlimited if i read correctly.

Did u have any co payments?

Savings never ran out when I was on my own, but now with my wife as a dependant they ran out for the first time in october this year.
Sadly yes all the optometry,dentist, etc is paid from savings.
