South African crypto asset platform launches R30-million capital raise
Tokenised financial assets exchange Mesh.trade has announced the launch of a R30-million capital raise — except the money is not a startup funding round for itself.
Mesh is a digital capital market facilitator and it has issued 30,000 "A" preference shares for South African reverse mortgage provider Water Financial, which will pay a monthly dividend of 87% of the prime lending rate.
