A UK call center based company seeks to appoint a Messaging Analyst. The main purpose of the Job is messaging support analyst - specializing in messaging and collaboration technologies, supporting contracted customers.
The successful applicant will need to have at least 3-4 years experience in : Implementing and supporting Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010; Implementing and supporting Microsoft OCS and/or Lync 2010/2013; Experience with Symantec Enterprise Vault; Email Security; Windows AD skills and network protocols and services like TCP/IP and DNS; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to be qualified in : MCSE and certification in Exchange 2007 and/ or Exchange 2010.
