Metro police humor

This morning at the Bosmansdam turn off, I was pulled over, well, more like directed to pull over by a black officer of the law.

I stopped next to a Metro vehicle and a guy walked over to me;

"Sir, you were chatting on your phone, can I see..."

At this point (note the ...) I pointed at my hands free kit (didn't-say-a-word!)

"Sorry Sir, you can go"

I just smiled, said thanks and proceeded to pull away.

I looked in my rear view mirror only to see him pointing and shaking his head at the lady who directed I be pulled over.

I can only imagine the words exchanged.

Probably kacking her out for not getting better binoculars - perhaps she had opted for the cheap imitation ones, pocketing the difference - or not.

Yeh! Traffic officers can make you laugh sometimes

A friend of mine parents drove a left-hand drive 4x4. The one day
they were pulled over by a traffic officer. His father sat on left-hand side driving the car, the mother on the right-hand site. The traffic officer walked like a breeker to the right-hand side of the car and asked the woman for her drivers license She looked at him and said to him, Mr officer, just look very carefully at what type of car this is!
