I am perfectly happy to have kept my shares... moving to cash would have had a bit of a tax impact and as I like to believe it is not about timing the market but time in the market. Technically for speculation and timing of markets you need to pay income tax on gains instead of capital gains as far as I know?

It isn't over yet. Apple stocks have always been overvalued. Now the cracks are starting to appear. Everyone thought it was going to take over the world but the market is saturated and they can't move the stock.
