Chrome on Android gets 518. Microsofts latest and greatest on a pc can't match a mobile phone browser?

OK, so I am trying to upgrade a client's laptop to Win 10 at her request.
But every time it downloads, then I click install now, it reboots, and when it comes back nothing happens.
All the downloaded files are deleted and it goes back to offering the Win10 upgrade icon.
I've tried 4 times now, and wasted so many *&%$#ing gigabytes downloading this piece of crap.
Yip, typical for all new Microsoft products (OS and applications):

- Download a copy without user knowledge or consent.
- Crashes during upgrade and then downloaded copy is deleted.
- In many cases it starts download again (in 15 minutes period). After two failed attempts it gives up, but the same repeats next day.

It happens regularly with Windows 10 update, but is also observed in MS Security Essentials on XP and Skype on XP.

Well my chrome on linux mint scores 521 on that site. Talk about statistics, more statistics and lies.
Ubuntu 16.04, Firefox 46 scores 478 and Chrome 50 scores 521.

I upgraded from Win7 to 10, choosing to keep personal files.

i now want to format and reinstall.

Will this definitly ensure that i am activated afterwards.

"You first must upgrade your Windows 7/8 PC to Windows 10, login with your Microsoft account and check that it activated. Then you can nuke your machine with the USB key, format and delete partitions all you want, and install Windows 10 Clean. The trick is when it asks for a Windows Product key, Press "Skip" This will happen twice in the install. When you login to the system after the installation completes, Windows will Activate automatically.
The Note on that webpage reads:
"If you upgraded to Windows 10 on this PC by taking advantage of the free upgrade offer and successfully activated Windows 10 on this PC in the past, you won't have a Windows 10 product key, and you can skip the product key page by selecting the Skip button. Your PC will activate online automatically so long as the same edition of Windows 10 was successfully activated on this PC by using the free Windows 10 upgrade offer. "
I have done this on all my machines, Laptop, Desktop and Surface Pro 3 (If bitlocker is enabled, disable it before booting the USB Installer and the Windows 10 install will re-enable bitlocker). Every time they have activated fine."

Does someone have W10 X64 1511 uploaded on their Google drive? The MS ISO creator is inconsistent and slow.

So i decided to do this (Against my better judgment), But i really wanted DX12.
After my Win10 installation my Wifi dongle no longer detects the hotspot, When I move the router closer to the PC it works but this is not an real option since other people in the house gets disconnected.
How dfck can a windows 10 installation cause my Wifi dongle to have less reach.... -____-

So after this I run Windows updates, after 10 minutes or so its on 78%, I leave it and go and watch a movie, come back and its still on 78%. I go and help my brother with some stuff, come back after 2 hours or so, still stuck at 78%. I restart the computer after this since obviously its hanging. When i start the updates again it jumps to 96%, I though great its working, This morning its still stuck on 96%:mad:

I'm seriously not impressed this far.

Perhaps you need newer wifi drivers? The beauty of Windows 10 updates is that they are accumulative. Here's the latest ones: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3156421

Take a time, you will discover that downloaded update is deleted and will start again and again (wasting your data).
It wil continue it every day, till new update is released. It is just service, not a product.
