Microsoft Office 2003 Pro Issues

I have an issue with Microsoft office 2003 pro when I install it I have no issues but once I restart my pc office is completely removed and I have no idea why?

And I have to reinstall it

I have no Spy ware or viruses on system I double check and yet I have no idea why???

Anyone with suggestions?

And yes its the legal version

after you install it check if its listed in the Add/Remove Programs list
