Microsoft provides new details about Xbox Series X launch date

Microsoft has confirmed that its upcoming Xbox Series X console will launch in November 2020.

It has not provided a specific date within the month on which the console will launch, however.

Thank god for the Halo delay. Jesus, it looked utterly awful in that gameplay preview. Not even good by current-gen console standards, nevermind next-gen.

Lots of supposed 'insiders' claiming that MS is going to aggressively undercut the PS5's price.

Personally, I think people shouldn't aim for one or the other. Just choose which console is the priority and start with that. For me, XSX handily wins that decision thanks to Game Pass Ultimate. Down the line, with a stack of discounted first-party exclusives, I'll happily grab a PS5.
