Mikrotik port forwarding

I’ve got a mikrotik router with public IP address, I’ve got 4 VLans and vpn and everything is working fine.

I’m now trying to port forwarding to an IP address in the LAN but the forwarding is not working. I used this setup

The setup in the link doesn't refer to a in interface.

Change the In Interface to your internet breakout interface.
