Mini Displayport to Display port cable in Durban?

Hi guys,

I hope I'm posting this in the right section but I've just bought my self a Dell U2713HM Monitor to work alongside my late 2012 15" Macbook Pro. However the only two cable/ adapters that will allow the screen to run the full 2560 x 1440 resolution are:

Apple's Dual Link DVI (which is way too expensive)
or
a Mini Displayport to Displayport cable

Does anyone know of a shop/ supplier in Durban that might stock a Mini Displayport to normal Displayport cable over the counter?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
