Eskom under attack — Photos

Public enterprises minister Pravin Gordhan addressed the media regarding the country's power situation on Tuesday, 28 June 2022, and he revealed some of the damage caused by the ongoing illegal strike at Eskom's power stations.

Employees have had their car tyres slashed, their homes petrol-bombed, and their vehicles set alight in some cases.

Beyond disgusting. Horrible for these poor people who just wanted to go about their lives but were subject to incomprehensible abuse by a bunch of indiscriminate thugs, of which not a single one will be brought to book and will happily report to work tomorrow.

Eskom is run by criminals. If I look at what has been shared in the media - its clear that it is not run by the management. The amount of malicious damage is ridiculous and there seems to be no action taken .

Send in the army. Shoot to kill. Power stations are national key points!

Why these terrorists aren't arrested is mind boggling!
This. It’s not nice to say, but a few kills will send a clear message and prevent a lot of problems in the future.

Absolutely, syndicates control vast amounts of the supply chains.
