I asked someone today about what they think of MTI and the FSCA allegations.
Again their mentality is they making money and are confident they will be around for a long time.
Purely ignoring all the red flags and they continue to rope people in..
This is someone who has made over R500 000k in the last few months, tax free obviously because BTC.

Financial advisors may not flog unregistered collective investment schemes (whether Ponzis or otherwise).
I think your wording hit the nail on the head ,and that is probably what the law is struggling with ,that exact wording , they say , he says ,SHE says ,btc is ( wait for it ) unregistered etc . this will still get very interesting , but not soon >

It might be sooner than you think... the deposit and withdrawal issues are stacking up now. Obviously MTI blames everything from the block chain to working 20 hour days and who knows what else.

Looks like the sudden heatwave (and rise in BTC price) has made the water evapourate out of the pool, leaving very little behind to pay withdrawals. lol

Good grief, how have these people STILL not connected the dots yet between the progressively slower withdrawals and the very fact that that is a distinctive characteristic of EVERY Ponzi scheme as they are nearing the end of the scheme's life?

Not me... but in MTI if you aren't all in you're OUT!
Ponzitivity or pxssxff!

They have to maintain this style or else the people will talk and eventually the grumbling will become real complaining and then they can't go "I challenge you to find me ONE unhappy member" anymore. lol.
LOL
Does anyone know what could happen to an actual financial adviser who is "invested" in MTI and has quite the downline? I can't imagine that it would be good.
The last one i heard of involved in a ponzi, invested his client's annual 6% into a "4% per Month guaranteed" scheme. 13 months later : he hung himself when it went txtsxp , and he lost all of their money ....
