Whilst that account says the name is Neil, clicking on the MTI referral link reveals a different username. Cross-referenced with the MTI leaks, I'm not going to state the person's identity, but managed to find this FB page by the same person.

No surprise to see him peddling the herbalife crap too, lol.

Why do some people get so into this MLM crap?

I mean just go and get a job. Then you'll be able to be a productive member of society instead of just aiming to scalp off your downlines.

Anyways, yeah I don't quite get why they get into this kinda crap either.

I guess some people value "being rich" (irrespective of how you get rich) more than being an honest and decent person who can take pride in working hard to contribute positively towards the well-being of society as a whole.

That's exactly the point. And the thing is they don't care if others lose money or their life savings, as long as they make some.

A few months ago I was approached to invest in MTI. One look and I saw what it was and I simply can't make money if someone else loses their life savings.

I am certain a large part of their being serial scammers is that it gives them a feeling of power having people downline. They also feel good because they have put one up on everyone whom they have scammed.
