For whatever reason MTI finally stops pay-outs. That is when a halt is put on the Co's operations and normally an Investor or otherwise will make an application to declare the Co bankrupt. Then the Master of the Court will decide and appoint the necessary applicants/lawyers to handle the Bankruptcy. Everything is then frozen.I love the idea of Mars, but being boring: When payouts stop altogether, either because they have been given a "ceases & desist" or because they invent some reason.
The game is up when MTI is unable or unwilling to pay withdrawals.
Unfortunately this seems to be partly true already and from Members themselves, it is evident that not all withdrawal requests are being paid out, especially some of the large withdrawal requests.
