So someone raised a point on a Telegram group... How did MTI pay the 10% referral commissions from day one? I.e. the first batch?

So I fired up excel.
Using round numbers... Say someone deposited R100 000 on day 0, right at the beginning of the day. Their upline is due R10 000 in 7 days time as MTI claims they don't use members deposits to pay referral bonuses but use their profits from the 10% they take of the profits per day.

MTI's compensation plan (as per daily payout flyers):
Member 40%
Binary 20%
P1/P2 5%
Traders 25%
MTI 10%

Now... If MTI had rip roaring 5% profit trades per day they would only get R500 of the R100 000 at the end of day 0. R100 000 * 0.05 = R5000 -> R5000*0.1 = R500 (MTI's 10% slice at end day 0).
It would take roughly 15/16 days for MTI to earn the R10 000 they owe the R100 000 depositors upline.

If they had more average days at 2% per day it would take them 41/42 days to earn the R10 000 they owe the R100 000 depositors upline.

With their "average 1% per day" it will take 83/84 days for them to earn what they need to pay the R10 000 referral bonus.

The calculation is done by increasing the members balance by 40% of the daily profit percent chosen and giving MTI their 10% of the profit slice per day:

This same principle will apply with more deposits etc. AND this excludes any and all running costs MTI incurs, like offices, staff and servers etc.

I was actually thinking someone needs at write a general test calculator web page for potential victims to test and see if the basic math works out.. with these scams it never works

collectively we're talking 17 bar between the 3 of them.

I've convinced all 3 of them to make a withdrawal.

Of everything.

The delays have become very real to me now, and them.

The decimal error was only just the beginning. They've now been told that withdrawals can take up to 2 Months. ..... Geeezizzzz.

I need to know from the OG , who these people can move their BTC to, provided they Get their money out.
I had an epiphany, and spilled the Mti beans.
They have been kept under a veil of secrecy and mystery and hence: are **** scared they are not going to be paid out.

IF they finally are paid out: I'm going to be needing someone to manage their funds.

I'm sitting here now, absolutely Shell shocked at the familiar faces i have now discovered, are connected. I almost don't know what to say to them.

Thanks to all involved i have cut through the Mti bullshit like a hot knife through butter. Absolute bullshit. They've been led by the nose for too long. The delays are hitting hard now.

I need the Og to step in and help me, help these guys. I never believed 6 months of following 2 threads would come in handy in helping 4 people withdraw their hard earned life savings from this cock up.

With that kind of money they should get a lawyer to send a letter of demand for the funds to be paid within 3 working days. If they fail to comply then launch an application for liquidation. At minimum they will have to either pay to force the withdrawal of the application or provide proof of funds and a commitment to the court. If the BTC is gone, it's gone.

Well it's definitely close. To the "leaders" of MTI who may be reading this: You might want to speak up, for motivation to do so perhaps have a look and see what happens to people who continue taking deposits after the point at which the liquidity of a scheme is in doubt. Prepare for extradition. Whistleblowers usually receive leniency...

The trade volumes that the largest exchanges are doing on a daily basis is mind blowing... 17 bar would be a drop in the ocean for them so in my mind they would surely be a pretty safe bet...

17 bar is a drop in the ocean for most decent exchanges, on that link you see local exchange Luno's 24hr volume for the past 24hr was almost 17 bar in USD ... i.e. dropping 17 mil in ZAR there is a 15th of their 24hr volume

If someone is already accustomed to the risk of losing it all by investing in an outright scam like MTI, I'd tell them they might as well keep it all in BTC and even stick it in an interest accruing wallet, they'll benefit from BTC price action as well as 4-6% interest which beats the hell out of MTI's true return of -100%
