Totally agree, just one problem for a lot of these people, their upline is in many cases family members that got them into this ponzi - difficult decision.

He is wisely just lying low and working on the new site. If we could spend time on trying to deduce where he is from his videos, he must be aware that the Russian mafia can do it with more manpower AND probably someone who can actually go to a suspected hiding hole.

At this stage that they are a ponzi is a claim we are making. The FSCA press release stops short of making that claim, for now anyway.

On another note, just been informed that there is no case number and that FSCA are making the whole thing up. Check your DM's.
 
Eventually, after months of trying to convince a friend to pull funds out of MTI, I think I have managed to convince him to a degree. He has a little over 6 bitcoin, but I honestly doubt that he will be able to withdraw anything. He told me that it took him about 6 attempts to try to withdraw this morning. He is just doing this to appease me, but is still firmly of the belief that MTI is legitimate and that all these hassles will blow over. He is a good friend and is one of those trusting, naive kinda people but sadly, I think that he has waited too long and is going to lose everything. He is in his late 60's with no pension fund or retirement benefits - nothing else to live on. Everything that he had, he put into MTI. I am sure that there are hundreds of "investors" in MTI in the same boat. So sad to see what these greedy bastards have done.
 
Those comments about Admin etc not having to serve members just show how ignorant many of these people are. It doesn't matter whether this is a Pty or a CIS Admin and office bearers have fiduciary responsibilities and duties. If they neglect these or abuse (e.g. through corrupt practises) them then investors or members can go after them for any losses they may have suffered. All the arse-licking these admin and people holding some kind of appointment from MTI are doing is helping set the groundwork for some juicy civil cases if nothing else.

You didn't add in the ~71 BTC that should have gone into the pool from trading profits on 16 Dec (0.3104%)
