So one question - If Johan has not scammed his scammer handlers

If Cheri was in constant contact with Johan while he went to country x to work on the servers and hire a massive technical team, and Cheri has now gained the co-operation of that technical team - does it make sense that she doesn't know in what country Johan dissappeared or in which country the technical team is?

JS surprised the whole bunch by fleeing 3 Dec , rubbing it in their faces with his last zoom call and his bokkie. Since then they have been fighting fires and searching for him while feeding the membership stalling tactics, of which they have now run out. There was no hack, no server migration, no server work in another country, no technical team of any sort.

Everyone had a different exit strategy but Johan apparently chose to play out the one that had already been written with BTC Global since it what none of them expected.
