Yep, he has been in from ground zero and was big gatgabbers with Willie. Is it the same Scott Smith that did the Zoom presentation with Joel for MTI last night?

He didn't get a visit from the FSCA and 15 cops!I don't know if I should feel sorry for Joel or not.
He's clearly pulling MUCH LESS than the Marks, yet doing way more work.

Did the cops use cattleprodders? He didn't get a visit from the FSCA and 15 cops!
Close your eyes and imagine it ...Did the cops use cattleprodders?
I can't remember, and I definitely don't want to listen to the Lindt tannie again; did she say their passports were also seized?
She said they seized their personal documents. I just assumed that means passports but she didn't explicitly mention it.
Close your eyes and imagine it ...![]()
Because it's simple and in plain sight so it defies rationaleI still, honestly, genuinely, truly, wholeheartedly, and sincerely cannot even begin to understand how fully grown adults, with the rights to vote and breed, are unable to grasp how simple of a concept a Ponzi is and how to identify it.
You're wicked
Cos remember your vibe is your tribekeep your I-told-you-so card nice and polished, you're going to have a chance to play it often and play it hard
I just tell friends and family its a scam and that we will agree to disagree. I also tell them that i have said my peace and that i dont want to hear another word about mti or whatever ponzi scam, and i will do the same, we can talk about other stuff.Yup. It is direct family so the bad blood is really bad.
Thing is russian maffia invested and they dont play. I wonder if some of them have some money in mtiWatch this video. It’s about the woman that started one coin scam.
She has disappeared and 2of her sidekicks were found hacked to pieces in Mexico about 3 months ago.
If the scammers were scared for their lives when btcglobal went down, they will be really worried now.

This has been my issue too. I saw from the leaks that one person I knew who was into this recruited about nine or ten others, including one who based on the numbers seems to have cashed out most of his retirement savings. I nearly lost my **** over that one. That's perfectly acceptable and tend to do the same..... Where I start taking issue though is when they start trying to recruit people, and of course intentionally don't mention any of the "negativity" around this so-called opportunity.
Trying to convince someone of something by using half truths or blatantly excluding something that doesn't serve your narrative is an absolute no-no to me.
I get this all the time on telegram, people sending me private messages asking me if mti is a scam, how can they grow their bitcoin, what other platform can they use. I always tell them that all these platforms are basically scams and that if you cant trade yourself, either buy low sell high later or dont do crypto.Well done guys!!!! I’m pretty sure this thread is the reason for MTI’s early demise. I’d have thought with all their experience, they thought they could drag this one out for years!!
First heard about MTI when a friend was trying to convince me to join. Gave me the whole shpeel, headquarters in Stellenbosch, Afrikaans guys, bot trading, he’s seen live trades, waddda wadddda wadddda. Sounds like a new tech ponzi I thought.
Done some quick googling of the so called management and ended up finding this post.
Literally took me about a month of bullying him with info on how this is all a scam (he gave me the same crap that you guys were just some guys who didn’t know what you were talking about and didn’t understand) which kinda infuratiated me even more considering the amount of homework you guys have put in. His a good friend and can definitely not afford to lose what he was trading with so had to go hard on him.
Happy to say eventually he did get out... came round to my place the other day and told me his using this new trading app now... turns out it’s TORQ . Another scam!!
Not sure if I can help this guy now, I guess some people prefer to live life with blinkers on

One of the down lines was a close friend who has a history of bipolar disorder. I thought he'd be a suicide risk if the thing went bust. So I spoke to him directly. Turns out he didn't really understand what was going on, not into the whole Bitcoin thing, and was only in for about R4k, but for someone unemployed during the lockdown, that's a bit more than a month's groceries. So fortunately he pulled out a while ago on my advice.
Haven't bothered speaking to the rest of them after "agreeing to disagree" back in mid-March.
