If MTI is so transparent why did they not inform their members beforehand? Why is this message not posted on their official Telegram group or in Diversify with MTI group?

All things happen post...
They are reactive not proactive. Same with technical glitches. Even during a fix you don't get simple emils or notifications of work being done only a few hours after once people start voicing it.
