Oh boy this is going to end horribly.

When MTI hit the courts and the lawyers look for all funds associated with MTI, these Boere going to have to find the money that was donated to them and return it to the court for distribution.

Well done MTI, you quite literally just fkd these Boere even more than they already were fkd.

PS. What in the name of sweet jesus is a "boers" ? Cheri, ask an afrikaans speaking trailer trash wasgoedhoer you most definitely know that there is no word such as "boers". Singular: Boer , plural: Boere. You are one pretentious stupid piece of sht.

PSS. These stolen funds contributed is just done for tax deductible reasons to possibly reduce their tax liability while going through tax evasion court cases.
I was just going to tick a Like, but re-reading the comment about Cheri's Afrikaans demanded more. PRICELESS.

Am I totally naive, but MTI seems almost to have a death wish the way they are making noise so very publicly? Or else they really have had proper legal advice and are clear and legitimate.
Surely their activities must be picked up by more than just this forum thread members?

They've gotten away with it before, overconfidence has set in. Hopefully this time it's orange overall time.

Also some lower level shills are true believers. They honestly believe that the scheme will run forever 'helping people', and think the FSCA is just being bullies and if they would just leave them alone all will be good.

We have contacted Carte Blanche, News24, Special Assignment and others. I guess everyone is working on stories...or are waiting for the explosion before working on the story. For as many ponzi/pyramid schemes there are just as many reports and documentaries made AFTER the fact, as with the carte blanche one on the previous page. I guess it doesn't make enough headlines DURING the scam to warrant a closer look. Its a shame really because that might knock the scales of a lot of peoples eyes and save them from disaster.

Didn't know it was fake. I deleted it.
Well, I just assume it is fake as going to their Facebook page and website there seem to be nothing of the sort.

A lot of these anti-ponzi schemes are almost worse than ponzi-schemes.

Maybe they were warned of the greatest legal minds in the country coming after them if they defamed the MTI faithful.

Can anyone confirm if the FSCA has given the seized MTI equipment back?
I ask because if it hasn't been given back after this length of time, I am inclined to speculate that there must be some interesting stuff found on there, and that that information may be being prepared for a possible prosecution.

It would then seem that the longer it takes to return the equipment, the more bad news awaits MTI.

I'm sure they would have been shouting from the rooftops that have they've been vindicated because the FSCA has given their stuff back.... IF it had been given back. lol.

Just like they shouted how the FSCA withdrew their first statement just because they moved it to a different section of their website and didn't put a forwarder in place so the original link was dead. LOL!

I am pretty sure the FSCA is only allowed a limited time with the equipment. Can't run around confiscating stuff (and retaining it) without bringing charges within a reasonable period.

Cheri will spin that event like the pro she is.

"Our stuff was returned. The guy returning it looked embarrassed and apologised for his existence yadda yadda

He even recharged my battery."
