If they fall for it twice they deserve to be out of pocket. With all this information on hand and possible law suits coming, the proof is blatantly obvious.

The best guess would be that people who are looking for a community who are sufficiently greedy to both believe the prosperity gospel and the closest shill - these two roles are often combined.
